(1) Grand Prize consists of: (a) resort accommodations (consisting of one double occupancy, one bedroom room) for five days, four nights at the Wyndham St. Thomas, a Margaritaville Vacation Club resort in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. (ARV $1200.00), (b) a $250 resort credit (ARV $250) and (c) an American Express Gift Card (ARV $1000.00).

ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,450.
