The Sweepstakes will award eight (8) prizes (the "Prizes"). Each Prize consists of one (1) Sixty Dollar Visa Gift Card. The approximate retail value of each Prize is Sixty Dollars (US$60.00).

Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is Four Hundred Eighty Dollars (US$480.00).

Offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes; and (c) Registered Users.

Participants may receive additional entries ten (10) different ways.
