SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner upon confirmation of eligibility will receive the following Sweepstakes prizes:

1. A four-day/three-night Luxury Included® vacation package (“Vacation Package”) for two (2) adults and two (2) children (between 2 – 15 years old) to one (1) of the following Beaches Resorts listed below located in Jamaica or Turks & Caicos provided by Unique Travel, Corp. the worldwide representative of Beaches Resorts, (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $4,500).

The Beaches Resorts are: a. Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos; b. Beaches Negril Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica; or c. Beaches Ocho Rios – A Spa, Golf & Waterpark Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica

(a) The Vacation Package consists of one (1) room, (quadruple occupancy), **Luxury Included® amenities offered at the resort chosen inclusive of all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, access to the Xbox Play Lounge and Kids Camps, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. **Luxury Included® amenities are subject to change and are to be determined by Unique Travel Corp in its sole discretion;

(b) The Vacation Package will be fulfilled in the form of a prize certificate outlining the terms and redemption procedures which shall be redeemable by filling in requested information and mailing back to the address indicated. The Grand Prize Winner must call the given telephone extension on the prize certificate to arrange the Vacation Package.

2. Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (“Guests”) from a major commercial airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home to the designated airport near the selected Beaches Resort (airline, flight itinerary, and airport determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (ARV $3,000);

3. Travel insurance for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (ARV $600); DELSEY Countdown to the Caribbean Official Rules

4. A three (3) piece set of DELSEY HYPERGLIDE luggage, including one (1) carry on, one (1) medium upright, and one (1) large upright (ARV $960);

5. $500 Jack Rogers gift card;

6. $300 Blue Planet Eyewear gift card;

7. Laguna Beach Textile Company family prize package of 4 classic California style Cabana Beach Towels and 2 large, fleece, waterproof picnic and outdoor blankets (ARV $181).

Total ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize: $10,041.00.

Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
