(1) Grand Prize: a trip for two, winner and one guest, to one of the two Sunset Idea Houses, located in Beverly Hills, CA and Los Gatos, CA (Beverly Hills available July 21, 2018 to August 26, 2018; Los Gatos available August 25, 2018 to September 30, 2018; all available dates are weekends only). Grand Prize trip includes:
Round-trip coach airfare for two, from a major airport nearest winner’s residence.
Two nights double occupancy hotel accommodations.
ARV of Grand Prize: $2,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.
