(i) US$20,000 (payable by check, money transfer, a cash card or any other means selected by Sponsor: and (ii) the Purchase Credit (defined below). The “Purchase Credit” means a coupon, certificate or other form of credit in the amount of $5,000 in value that may be applied toward the purchase from the Prize Sponsor of goods and/or services offered by the Prize Sponsor.

The Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US$25,000.
