Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/ 3-night trip for the Grand Prize winner, his/her Nominee, and two (2) additional guests to Washington, D.C. for the 2018 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard played on July 17, 2018 (the "2018 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard") consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation between a major airport nearest to Grand Prize winner's residence in the U.S. and a major U.S. gateway airport near/in Washington, D.C.; three (3)-night standard quad-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) at a hotel in Washington. D.C. determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, ground transportation in Washington. D.C. to/from the airport and the hotel; and four (4) tickets for Grand Prize winner, and his/her Nominee and two (2) guests for each of the following games, exhibitions and events: (a) one (1) day admission for the MLB All-Star Fanfest determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, (b) All-Star Sunday featuring: SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game and All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game, (c) Gatorade All-Star Workout Day at Nationals Park featuring: T-Mobile Home Run Derby, and (d) the 2018 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard (the "Grand Prize"). (Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize = $5,000 US).

Ten (10) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) $100 MLBshop.com online gift certificate; and one (1) Arm & Hammer/OxiClean prize package consisting of laundry and dish cleaning products to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion (the "First Prize(s)" and together with the Grand Prize, the "Prizes" or "prizes"). ARV of each First Prize: not to exceed $200.00.

Rules

Open to: (1) "Nominees" (subject matter of the submitted entry) who are mothers/legal guardians or people who are acting as mothers/legal guardians (collectively referred to as "Mom" or "Nominee"). Nominees must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. (2) "Nominators" (person who submits an entry) who must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the date of entry.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/valid email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Review and Additional Information

Once on the page follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the online entry form, including an essay consisting of eight hundred (800) characters or less ("Essay"), in English, addressing the question "What Makes Your Mom an All-Star Mom?" The premise of the Essay should address what makes your Mom special; how your Mom is there for you or your family on a daily basis; how your Mom is an important part of your life; and what things your Mom does that makes her worthy of this special recognition (hereafter, "Theme").
