The Sweepstakes Winner shall work with Sponsor and an artist selected by Sponsor to create a custom designed Miller® machine, the same machine selected in his or her Entry, which the Sweepstakes Winner will receive after the machine is completed ("Prize"). ARV of each potential prize: Multimatic™ 215 with TIG kit—$2,293; Maxstar® 161 ST—$2,189; Dynasty 280 DX Multiprocess—$9,683; Bobcat™ 250 EFI (Kohler)—$5,005; and Spectrum® 625 X-TREME™—$2,380. ARV of machine design and customization: $5,000.

Persons residing in other jurisdictions are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
