ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest,” the Guests and Winner shall collectively be referred to as the “Group”) to the Los Angeles, CA area (“City”), on Sponsor-­ selected dates (“Trip”) to attend the Radio Disney Music Awards on June 22, 2018 (“Event”) consisting of the following elements (“Prize”) for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights;; [2] up to four (4) tickets to the Event;; [3] the opportunity to walk the red carpet;; [4] hotel/Event transfers;; [5] if Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-­trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-­selected carrier between a Sponsor-­selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and a Sponsor-­selected airport in or near the City, but if Winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-­trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-­selected method between Winner’s residence and the hotel;; [6] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided;; [7] for Winner only, Sponsor-­selected ARDY keychains and rings as wearables and a prize pack which will include core and accessory items from the RDMA line;; [8] one (1) Aquabeads prize pack (“Prize Pack”) which will include: (i) Aquabeads Deluxe Studio;; (ii) Aquabeads Glamorous Designer Set;; (iii) Aquabeads Disney Tsum Tsum Playset;; (iv) Aquabeads Calico Critters Set;; (v) Aquabeads 3D Animal Set;; (vi) Aquabeads Flower Garden Set;; (vii) Aquabeads Golden Gem Set;; (viii) Aquabeads Mega Bead Set;; (ix) Aquabeads Designer Template Sheets;; and (x) Aquabeads Easy Trays (ARV of Prize Pack: $150).

If the Prize is awarded to a non-­resident of California, the Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $312, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Prize. Total ARV for Prize: $4,150 (if Winner is a resident of California) or $4,462 (if Winner is not a resident of California).

Must be between the ages of six (6) and eighteen (18), inclusive, (“Child”) or the Parent or grandparent of an eligible Child; be a legal resident of, and physically residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Regardless of method of Entry and/or whether a person has more than one Address/Mobile or more than one (1) person uses the same Address/Mobile, only one (1) Online Entry or SMS Entry per Entrant per day is permitted.
