There will be one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded. Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) trip (“Trip”) for Winner and one (1) Guest (“Guest”) to experience Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights at one of the following two (2) destinations as selected by the Grand Prize Winner: (a) Universal Orlando Resort™ in Orlando, Florida; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood™ in Hollywood, California.

OPTION (a): UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT PRIZE

(a) If the Universal Orlando Resort destination is chosen, Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL for Winner and one (1) Guest *; 3-Day/3-Park Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, for Winner and one (1) Guest; one (1) day Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights General Admission Tickets for Winner and one (1) Guest; one (1) day Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes for Winner and one (1) Guest and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show for Winner and one (1) Guest (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion). The FMV of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifteen and 33/100 Dollars ($2,515.33).

(a) If the Universal Studios Hollywood destination is chosen, Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA*; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at the Sheraton Universal or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA for Winner and one (1) Guest *; One (1) day General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and one (1) Guest; one (1) day Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights Front of Line ticket for Winner and one (1) Guest. The FMV of the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize is Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($3,247.00).
