One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) shall win the following (the “Grand Prize”): $5,000 cash (presented in the form of a check).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,000.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except Maryland and North Dakota, who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date. Void in Maryland, North Dakota, Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period.

Submissions for the Promotion must consist of: (i) an original recipe that incorporates the required ingredients listed below and a description of how the Entrant prepared the dish (including how the required ingredients were incorporated) of no more than 300 words; and (ii) a photo of the completed dish that incorporates the Del Monte® product package (each, a “Submission” and collectively, the “Submissions”). The Submission must use all of the required ingredients specified below, although entrants can use as many additional ingredients as necessary to prepare their dish. The photo should be in .jpg, .gif or .png format, and the total upload should not be larger than three (3) megabytes. The entry of a Submission is Entrant’s acknowledgement that Entrant has read, understands and will abide by these Official Rules.
