(5) Unique winners during the Promotion Period.
Each winner will receive a $500 Callaway Golf Gift Card redeemable only at www.callawaygolf.com. Approximate combined retail value of all (5) prizes is $2,500.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required.
