Rules
Open only to legal residents of specific states (as outlined below in Section 3) within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry: eighteen (18) in most states; 19 in Alabama (AL) and Nebraska (NE) and 21 in Mississippi (MS) at the time of entry.
