Each First Place Prize (3) consists of two reserved tickets to one participating Panic! At The Disco 'Death of a Bachelor Tour' concert as set forth below; and one $50 Hot Topic Gift Card.
ARV of each First Place prize is: $169.00, depending on concert selected.
