One Winner will receive a prize package consisting of: (i) selected items chosen by Oprah, from the 2014 O List Favorite Things edition appearing in the December 2014 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, however such prizing shall be at the discretion of O, The Oprah Magazine (ARV: $13,237); and (ii) $3,971 in cash, which Winner may use, if they so elect, to help defray any tax liability they may incur in connection with their acceptance of the Prize Package. ARV of each Prize Package is $17,208 per winner.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
