Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each Prize Package will include the following: A trip for two (2) to New York, NY from 12/12/14 to 12/13/14 to attend Jingle Ball. Domestic roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner’s primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for New York, NY; 2 days and 1 nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; two (2) tickets to Jingle Ball on 12/12/14; The approximate retail value of each prize is $3,000.

The total overall approximate retail value of the Grand Prize packages is $6,000.00.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older, and who reside within the participating Station’s Total Market Area (“TMA”) (as determined by the Station or otherwise as defined by Nielsen Audio, a radio research firm), all at the time of entry.
