One winner will receive the following:

Round-trip airfare for the winner and one guest on Fiji Airways from Los Angeles to Fiji
5 free nights hotel accommodation, including breakfast, at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa on Denarau Island
Transfers to/from the airport and hotel

Additional restrictions include:

Prize only valid for stay at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa on Denarau Island, subject to room availability at the time of booking, and should be made well in advance.
Winner must have a valid and current passport in order to qualify for this award.
Winner will be notified and provided the hotel confirmation number for the length of stay as mentioned in award.
Fiji Airways and Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa will not be responsible for:
Taxes
Additional hotel stays,
On island transportation and transfers,
Food, Beverages, communication expenses and additional taxes & surcharges outside of itinerary.
Any other incidentals, activities and expenses.

Trip is subject to availability. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. The award cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The prize is valid starting December 31st, 2014 and must be completed by December 31st, 2015 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
