Prize Details
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Las Vegas, NV. Trip includes:
· Two (2) tickets to one (1) Carlos Santana performance at the House of Blues in Las Vegas, NV. Winner will have the option to select one (1) concert date, subject to availability. Travel must occur before November 14, 2015.
· Roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest from winner’s nearest major airport, as determined by the Sponsor
· Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights based on double occupancy at a hotel determined by the Sponsor.
Grand Prize winner will provide selection for date of concert, subject to availability, based on a list of performances supplied by the Sponsor. Dates of the concerts available for winner selection will range between January 21, 2015 and November 14, 2015. Date of concert tickets to be awarded to the Grand Prize winner are not final until determined by Sponsor and tickets are awarded.
The ARV of Grand Prize is: $2,530.00.
First Prizes: Ten (10) First Prize winners will receive one (1) copy of THE UNIVERSAL TONE: Bringing My Story to Light by Carlos Santana.
The ARV of First Prize is: $30.00 each. The total ARV for all First Prizes is: $300.00.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $2,830.00.
