One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize will consist of:

• Two (2) round-trip airfare tickets (for winner and guest) from any major airport within the continental US to Keflavik International Airport. (max value per flight = $1600);

• Three (3) nights of lodging in a hotel chosen by Sponsor to accommodate winner and guest. (max value = $1200);

• Roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Keflavik International Airport. (max value per trip = $200);

Winner is responsible for arranging passport, visa and all other necessary travel documents. Travel insurance, transportation to and from the airport from which winner will travel, as designated by Sponsor, and all other expenses not specifically delineated as included as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Blackout dates apply. Trip must be taken between December 15, 2014 and February 28, 2015.

The total Approximate Retail Value of (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $4800.

Eligibility is limited to anyone who is: (i) over the age of twenty-one (21) years old, and (ii) a legal resident of the United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
