Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. and D.C., who are, as of date of entry, 18 years of age and older and employed at a small business.
Small Business Definition: For purposes of this Giveaway, a small business is defined as: a privately owned corporation, partnership, LLC or sole proprietorship; a for-profit business; having less than 50 employees; and must not be a franchise. Certain types of businesses are ineligible. The following business categories are ineligible, including but not limited to: businesses competing with Staples (including but not limited to technology services, copy and print services, office supplies businesses, facilities supplies and services, office furniture, shipping services, mobile phone sales, any other business that Sponsor deems competitive); any illegal business; or national brands. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any business other than those listed above, in its sole discretion.
