(1) GRAND PRIZE: (1) winner will receive (i) an unsigned Andy Warhol color trial proof screen-print titled “Space Fruit: Lemons,” on Strathmore paper, 30? x 40 in. (76.5 x 101.6 cm), stamped by the Estate of Andy Warhol and The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc., executed in 1978 and includes certificate of provenance; ARV $38,000; and (ii) $15,000 awarded as a check. All applicable taxes, insurance, inspections, appraisals, valuations, storage, preservation equipment or any other costs incurred in claiming or maintaining the prize artwork will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
