(1) Grand Prize: (1) trip to Los Angeles, CA OR New York, NY for Winner and (1) Guest. Trip will consist of round-trip air travel for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence to an airport in or near Los Angeles, CA OR New York, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations for Winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) for (2) nights at a hotel in or near the Los Angeles, CA OR New York, New York area; the opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and GP Guest to attend a taping (“Taping”) of a daytime, primetime, or late night NBC television show (“Show”) in New York, NY OR Los Angeles, CA (subject to availability and the sole discretion of NBCU); round-trip ground transportation to and from Los Angeles Airport OR New York Airport and Hotel; and round-trip ground transportation to and from Taping and Hotel. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes.
