There are a total of three (3) Grand Prizes (1 per region) offered in this Promotion. Each prize consists of a 4 day/3 night trip for two (winner and one (1) guest) to the Healdsburg Wine & Food Experience, in Sonoma County CA (“Event” or “HWFE”). Prize trip includes: roundtrip economy air transportation from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s home, 3 nights’ hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy), ground transportation to/from airport and hotel in Healdsburg, dinner on Thursday, May 14th, Education Lunch with Winemaker at Rodney Strong Winery on Friday, May 15th, HW&F Concert at Rodney Strong Winery on Friday, May 15th, two (2) tickets to HW&F Grand Tasting on Saturday, May 16th, and two (2) tickets to HW&F Big Bottle Party on Saturday, May 15th. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is: $5,000.

Total ARV of all Grand Prizes offered is: $15,000.

Open only to legal residents of 49 of the 50 United States (excluding the state of Maine) and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
