The Entrant who submitted the Winning Photo will be named the winner of the Contest (the “Winner”) and will be awarded the following prize package:

1. $5,000 cash;

2. $5,000 gift card to a pet store chosen by the Winner; and

3. $5,000 donation to the Winner’ 501(c)(3) charity of choice that benefits animals (the “Donation”). The Donation will be in the form of a check made payable to the registered charity chosen by the Winner and will be mailed to the charity’s address provided on the tax form.

Open only to persons who are (a) legal residents and physically reside within the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and (b) eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in his/her state of residence) at the time of entry.

Each Entrant is allowed one (1) Entry per e-mail address per day during the Contest Period.
