One (1) prize will be awarded in the Contest. Winner will receive a five thousand ($5,000) USD cash prize awarded in the form of a check and he/she will have the opportunity to select a cat/feline rescue non-profit organization and the Producer will award a matching five thousand ($5,000) USD contribution to the Winner’s chosen charity. The non-profit cat/feline rescue organization that the Winner selects for the matching donation must be a verifiable 501 (c) corporation as defined by the IRS (or its equivalent in Canada) as approved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All monetary values expressed herein are U.S. dollars (“USD”).

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize awarded to the Winner: $5,000 USD.

Only open to persons who are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) or permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are currently physically located therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must have either a valid Social Security number, a valid U.S. Individual Tax Identification Number, and/or a Social Insurance Number for Canadian residents.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/per email address during the Contest Entry Period.

The Contest consists of a skill based competition whereby an entrant (defined below in section 3) will submit a video depicting his/her cutest cat video (“Video”).

Five (5) finalist Videos (“Finalist Video(s)”) will be selected based on the judging criteria (defined below in section 5) and posted online. Each Finalist Video will be subject to online public voting which will determine the winner.
