2. Enter by Mailing In. During the Entry Period, to enter without completing one or more of the above mentioned activities, send your first name, last name, email address, phone number, mailing address and date of birth in an envelope with proper postage affixed addressed to: myGNC PRO ACCESS Member Sweepstakes, PO Box 512, 292 Newbury Street, Boston, MA 02115-2832. For each mail entry received, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
