Contest Finalist Prize: (5) Contest Finalists will each receive $10,000 awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to the Finalist, with an ARV of $10,000. If a Team Entrant is a Finalist, the Team Entrant is considered one winner with the Team Entrant receiving a total of one Finalist Prize.
Contest Winner Prize: (1) Winner will receive $240,000 awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to the Contest Winner. Total ARV of the Contest Winner Prize is $240,000. If a Team Entrant is the Contest Winner, the Team Entrant is considered one winner with the Team Entrant receiving a total of one Contest Winner Prize.

Rules
Open to persons legally residing in, and physically located within, one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are at least thirteen years of age at time of entry in order to participate as a Single Entrant and/or Team Representative.
There is a limit of five Submissions per Entrant, including all Submissions made by an individual as a Single Entrant or Team Entrant. While up to five Submissions are allowed, each Entrant, when eligible, is only permitted to select one Retail Sweepstakes to participate in.
Total ARV of all of the Prizes available to be won is $340,000.

Promotion is made up of the one national contest and ten retail specific sweepstakes.
Submit an original concept conceived by you of a unique and novel invention (or a unique and novel improvement of an existing invention) by: (a) providing a name for your Dreamvention; (b) uploading a photograph depicting a drawing, sketch or rendering of your Dreamvention and/or creating an online diagram of your Dreamvention by using the online drawing tool provided; (iii) providing a written statement that: describes an explanation for your inspiration, the Dreamvention’s key features and advantages, states the problem that is solved by the Dreamvention (or in the case of an improvement of an existing invention-the reason(s) why your Dreamvention is superior), and an explanation of what is illustrated in the photograph submitted; and (iv) (v) submit as requested to receive one submission into the Promotion.
