Grand Prize (1): A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend a concert chosen by the Grand Prize winner from concert options provided by Live Nation (the “Concert”) scheduled to take place on or before January 31, 2018 at a participating owned and operated venue in the U.S. (“Venue"). Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Concert, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in connection with the Concert (hotel to be determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion; one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) on dates that are to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, ground transportation to/from destination airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and Concert, two (2) tickets to the Concert, two (2) VIP passes for use during the Concert, one (1) $500 prepaid gift card, and one (1) Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphone and twelve (12) months of Cricket Wireless service with its Unlimited Plan.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years or older.
