There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to Winner. Prize consists of the following trip (“Trip”): round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests,” each a “Guest”) from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to a major commercial airport in or near Orlando, FL (“Orlando Airport”); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) for Winner and Guests (“Hotel”); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from Orlando Airport and Hotel for Winner and Guests; four (4) 3-Day 3-Park Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park, for Winner and Guests; four (4) General Admission tickets to Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights 2018 for Winner and Guests; and four (4) admission tickets to a Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) for Winner and Guests.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Five and 93/100 Dollars ($3,745.93).

Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Contest Period.

You may enter once during the Contest Period.

As part of your Entry (as defined below), you will be required to submit: (1) a photo (“Photo”), and (2) an essay (“Statement”) of five hundred (500) words or less on the following theme: “Tell us about you or your family’s favorite Halloween costume!” Photo must have been taken by you. Your Statement must be original (that is, written by you) and must be submitted in the English language as part of your Entry to enter and be eligible for the Contest. If any minors appear in Photo, the entrant must be that minor’s parent and/or legal guardian.
