GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Palm Springs, California for the opening weekend of Modernism Week from February 15-18, 2018. Trip consists of the following: round trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Palm Springs, California (maximum cost of airfare cannot exceed $2,000); two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), exact hotel to be determined by Sponsor (maximum cost of hotel cannot exceed $2,000); the opportunity for winner and guest to attend the opening weekend activities for the Traditional Home showhouse at Palm Springs, including access for winner and guest to the gala and a tour of the house; a $500 American Express gift card; and two (2) Garnet Hill cashmere wraps. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4,876.

FIRST PRIZES (10): Ten (10) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) Garnet Hill cashmere wrap. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $188 per First Prize.
