(1) GRAND PRIZE: A three day/two night trip for winner and one guest to Las Vegas, NV, consisting of the following elements: hotel accommodations (one standard room/dual room and room tax only) for two nights at a hotel in City; two tickets to the 18th Annual Latin Grammy Awards held on November 16, 2017; $500 spending money for the winner. If Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located more than 200 miles from the City, round-trip domestic coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located within the 200 miles of the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the hotel, and airport/hotel transfers. ARV of Grand Prize: $4,500.

(10) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize winner will receive one Walmart Gift Card worth $150 and an autographed CD. ARV of the CD is $11. Total ARV of First Prizes: $1,610.

(50) SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize Winner will receive one Walmart Gift Card worth $50. Total ARV of Second Prizes: $2,500.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $8,610.

Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, eighteen years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia.
