One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded round-trip airfare (in coach) and a hotel stay for two (2) people to Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip will include a dinner for two at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar located at The Venetian Palazzo Resort & Casino (value of dinner not to exceed $400) and a one night stay at a Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Prize may also include a meet & greet with Chef Kimberley-Ann "Ryan" winner of Hell's Kitchen Season 16 (or equivalent based on the sponsor's discretion and Chef Ryan's schedule).

Total cash value of the prize will not exceed $1,800.00.
