(1) Winner will receive one four day three night trip to New York City, New York, arriving on November 7, 2017 and departing November 11, 2017, for Winner and one Grand Prize Trip for a guest. Grand Prize Trip will include the following: round trip coach class air transportation for two from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the New York airport of Sponsor’s choice; roundtrip ground transportation between the Airport and Sponsor selected hotel, PUBLIC; One double occupancy standard accommodations at the Hotel for Winner and Guest for three nights; $1000 US spending money to be awarded to the Winner only; Two VIP tickets to Sponsor-designated VIP events, scheduled to take place during The New York Comedy Festival; two tickets to three New York Comedy Festival shows and two New York Comedy Festival gift bags.

TOTAL ARV OF PRIZES: $4,800 US.

Open to legal residents of (and who are physically present in) the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
