Ten prizes will be awarded after each Giveaway during the Promotion Period for a total of up to 30 prizes. Each prize will be a Rayovac BEAST CR123A Lithium Flashlight (model no. RWP123A-BD) and will have an approximate retail value of $70.00 USD

Open only to residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec), who are physically located in the U.S., D.C. or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) are the age of majority or older in their state or province at the time of entry and have an active Facebook account.

During the Promotion Period there will be up to three Giveaways. Each Giveaway will be identified in a Facebook post on the Sponsor’s social media site. Each Participant may only respond to each post once.
