GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: The Grand Prize consists of a trip ('Trip') for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida ('Orlando') to experience Halloween Horror Nights 2017. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at an on-site hotel ('Hotel') as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; non-exclusive ground transportation (via Universal's Superstar Shuttle) to and from airport and Hotel in Orlando, FL; two (2) admission tickets to experience two (2) nights of Halloween Horror Nights 2017 including Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes for each ticket; two (2) 3-Day 3-Park Park-to-Park theme park tickets good for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park; and two (2) tickets for the Scareactor Dining Experience. The Approximate Retail Value (the 'ARV') of the Grand Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Six and 08/100 Dollars ($2,596.08).

FIRST PRIZE: Seven (7) First Prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: Each First Prize consists of a specialty Halloween Horror Nights 2017 t-shirt, a specialty Halloween Horror Nights 2017 lanyard, a Halloween Horror Nights 2017 Uni-Mini and a $100 Universal Orlando Resort gift card. The ARV of each First Prize is One Hundred Fifty-One and 85/100 Dollars ($151.85).

The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine and 03/100 Dollars ($3,659.03).

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
