Sweepstakes:
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will be awarded $5,000 in the form of a check (the "Grand Prize").

Instant Win:

Instant Win First Prizes: One (1) instant win first prize (an "Instant Win First Prize") of a Clubtails camping chair having an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $30 will be awarded to an instant win first prize winner (an "Instant Win First Prize Winner"). A total of one hundred (100) Instant Win First Prizes will be awarded having a total ARV of $3,000.

Instant Win Second Prizes: One (1) instant win second prize (an "Instant Win Second Prize") of a Clubtail VIP kit inclusive of: (i) a t-shirt, (ii) sunglasses, (iii) bag, and (iv) keychain having an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $20 will be awarded to an instant win second prize winner (an "Instant Win Second Prize Winner"). A total of one hundred (100) Instant Win Second Prizes will be awarded having a total ARV of $2,000.

Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes: $5,000.
