Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors; and, Prize elements may be subject to availability as to color, size and style.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is seven thousand six hundred forty dollars ($7,640)US dollars.

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) or permanent, legal residents of Canada who are physically residing in one (1) of the territories/provinces of Canada (excluding Quebec Province), and who are eighteen(18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
