PRIZE FOR ENTRY PERIOD 5 – winner’s choice of any 2017 Ford vehicle, up to an ARV of $45,000.
CONCERT TRIP PRIZES FOR ENTRY PERIODS 1 – 4:
Trip for winner and one (1) guest to a Billboard concert on indicated date and location as per the chart below. In all cases, prize trip consists of roundtrip, coach air travel from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to concert city; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in or near concert city (standard room, double occupancy); ground transfer between airport and hotel in concert city; two (2) tickets to concert (seat location and ticket type is of Sponsor’s sole choosing; tickets are subject to terms/conditions as indicated thereon; tickets are not for re-sale; venue restrictions may apply); one (1) $500 gift card which may be used for travel in concert city between hotel and concert venue or otherwise (issuer is of Sponsor’s sole choosing; gift card is subject to terms/conditions as indicated thereon). ARV: $3,000 each.

MAXIMUM ARV OF ALL PRIZES: UP TO $ $63,000.

Rules
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license, as of date of entry.
But, in addition to the preceding eligibility criteria, an Entrant’s legal residence (as per the zip code provided by him/her on the official entry form) must be within 75 miles of the applicable concert city (i.e., Los Angeles, CA/Entry Period 1; Miami, FL/Entry Period 2; Atlanta, GA/Entry Period 3; New York, NY/Entry Period 4) in order to be entered for a chance to win tickets to the corresponding concert in that city in Entry Periods 1 - 4.
THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER ENTRY PERIOD. MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) ENTRIES IN TOTAL PER PERSON/EMAIL.
