Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date, and who: are a current subscriber (or member of such subscriber’s household and immediate family) of a participating National Cable Television Cooperative member operator as of July 9, 2017 and have been prompted to enter the Promotion by their NCTC member operator, including through email, direct message or advertisement.
