Five (5) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2018 National Pass (the “Pass”). Each Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2018. Total value of tickets not to exceed $1,500.00. pproximate Retail Value of each of the Live Nation Ultimate Access Pass is: One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00). If the winner does not reside within a one hundred and fifty (150) mile radius of a participating venue, the winner will receive a One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00) cash prize instead of the Pass.

Five (5) $500 Ticketmaster® Gift Cards ("TM Gift Cards"), Thirty (30) $250 TM Gift Cards, Seventy-Five (75) $100 TM Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value of each TM Gift Card is: Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00); Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($250.00); One Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($100.00).

The total approximate retail value of all prizes offered is $53,000.
