Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The “Grand Prize” will consist of a trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) travel companions to Honolulu, HI (“Honolulu”). The Trip includes the following: (i) round trip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for four (4) people from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (as determined by Sponsor) to Honolulu; (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (depending on ages of Grand Prize Winner and travel companions, either a single standard junior suite with quadruple occupancy or two (2) standard rooms with double occupancy in each with such determination made by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be awarded (room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in Honolulu (as specifically determined by Sponsor).

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,950.00.

Open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) of the United States (not valid in Alaska) and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “Eligibility Area”), who as of the date of their Entry (defined below) into the Sweepstakes are thirteen (13) years of age or older.
