(1) Grand Prize consisting of either (i) one Rock Flight, which includes two tickets to a Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a Live Nation owned and operated venue in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) during the 2017 concert season and two VIP Club Passes to such Live Nation concert or (ii) two general admission VIP tickets to winner’s choice of one participating 2017 Live Nation produced and promoted festival in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), (the concert and the festival are each referred to as the “Event”). The Event will include (i) round-trip, coach class air transportation for two from the major airport nearest grand prize winner’s home within the U.S. or Canada (except Quebec) to the major airport nearest the Event, departing the day prior to the Event and returning the day following the Event; (ii) hotel or camping accommodations for the duration of the Event (depending on the Event chosen and the accommodations available for the Event and at the sole discretion of Live Nation) not to exceed four nights and five days; and (iii) a $200.00 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is:($4700.00) ($6088 Canadian Dollars).
