Grand Prize: GMA will help throw a Block Party (“Grand Prize”) on the Winner’s block that will feature a performance by Dierks Bentley and catering by King’s Hawaiian sometime between August 18, 2017 and September 18, 2017. Selection of the date of the Block Party is subject to Dierks Bentley’s availability, the consent and permission of necessary parties as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and other conditions as stated in these official rules. On the date selected, the Block Party will occur between 7:00a and 9:00a ET. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).

Additionally, the Winner will receive approximately Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) as a cash award (“Cash Award”). The Cash Award is provided for the Winner to use towards the Winner’s Federal, State and Local income taxes (“Taxes”) the Winner may incur for the value of the block party as the Grand Prize.

Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000).

Must be legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and eighteen (18) years old or older who are willing and able to have a block party on their neighborhood block from 7am – 9am ET on a day between August 18, 2017 and September 18, 2017.

You must also submit a Photo or a short Video by following the instructions on the submission page for the appropriate and acceptable file formats.
