Prize Details
Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of the following:
A $5,000 donation to the bullying prevention program of the winner's choice. Winners will not be entitled to any tax gain or benefit on the value of the donation made by the Sponsor or liable for taxes (if any) imposed on said donation. Sponsor will have final approval of the donation recipient.
A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend an event in either New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA, at which the winners will be honored for their contributions to the cause of bullying prevention. If a winner is a Minor in his/her state of residence, his/her parent/legal guardian must be the winner's guest.
Each travel prize will consist of round trip coach air travel from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) for the winner and one (1) guest; one (1) double-occupancy hotel rooms for two (2) nights; ground transportation; and $500 spending money. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each travel prize is $3,500.

Nominators must be legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older; Nominees must be legal U.S. residents 13 year of age or older, unless a Nominator is nominating him/herself, in which case he/she must be 18 years of age or older .

Review and Additional Information
Anyone eighteen (18) years of age or older may nominate an eligible individual or him/herself (a "Nominee") for the "Give A Little TLC" Contest by submitting an original essay of 200 words or less describing the actions and activities that demonstrate their Nominee's dedication to engaging, educating, and inspiriting others in their community to address bullying.
