(5) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package (the “Grand Prize”): (i) round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to New York City on October 6, 2017, from the major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence within the 48 contiguous U.S. and returning October 8, 2017; (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at Grand Hyatt New York (one room, double occupancy, room rate and tax only) (details to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (iii) two (2) tickets to dinner event hosted by Lipton and Food Network Star; (iv) ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest to and from NYC airport, Grand Hyatt, and dinner event; (v) $200 spending money; and (vi) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare [SL1]. No alternative travel dates will be provided.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2,850; total ARV for all five (5) Grand Prizes: $14,250.

Open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited.
