(1) Grand Prize winner will receive a three day/two night trip for winner and five guests to Miami, Florida. Trip will consist of (i) coach class roundtrip travel for winner and five people (winner and guests) between the major international airport closest to Winner’s residence and a major airport in Miami, Florida; (ii) two overnight stays for six people at a hotel in Miami based on single room, double occupancy stay (iii) a private Summer of Sauza cabana event (iv) ground transfers while in Miami between the airport and hotel (v) luxury custom bar cart (to include all items described in the “first prize” section below and (vi) a check in the amount of $10,000.00. ARV $67,247.14.

(7) First Prize winners. Each First Prize winner will receive one luxury custom bar cart with the following items: Bar cart, glassware, cocktail shaker, citrus tools, Mortar & Pestle, ice bucket with
tongs, muddler, jigger, strainer, bar spoon, microplane, citrus zester, citrus juicer, blender, pitcher, salt, rimmer and kitchen
garden herbs. ARV $2,247.14.

Total ARV of all available prizes $82,977.12.
