(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package consisting solely of the following: a) two 3-day passes to Route 91 Harvest, country music festival located in Las Vegas, Nevada on 9/29/17-10/1/17, with an ARV of $420; and b) $2,000 stipend for travel expenses.

(25) First Prizes Winners will receive a prize consisting solely of a Malibu branded grill with an approximate weight of five pounds and an ARV of $150. .

Total ARV of all prizes being awarded in this Sweepstakes are $6,170.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia, excluding the states of: HI, IN, NC, TX and UT who are physically located therein and who are at least twenty one years of age or older, as of the date of their participation and entry.

There is a limit of one entry via the Ibotta App Entry Method and a limit of one entry via the Website Entry Method, for a maximum of up to two entries into the Sweepstakes.
