GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Mountain View, CA (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on July 7, 2017 and checking out on July 9, 2017; and (c) two (2) tickets to see Train live in concert at Shoreline Amphitheatre on Saturday, July 8, 2017; (d) an autographed guitar; (e) and the opportunity to meet members of Train at the show (subject to their availability). (The events to which the prize relates in (c) and (e) above are defined herein as “Event(s).”) (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,750.)

FIRST PRIZES: Forty-Four (44) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of two (2) tickets to see Train at one pre-selected live concert venue in 2017 (an “Event”). Entrants must request their sole preferred Event location and date at time of entry. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE EVENT IS NOT INCLUDED AND WINNERS WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize: $50. Total ARV of First Prizes: $2,200.)

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM Internet Radio subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST April 20, 2017; and (iii) is at least 18 years of age at time of entry; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
