Upon the successful submission of the registration information, an entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Bonus Entries: During the Promotion Period, an entrant may earn bonus entries as outlined below:
A. Complete a Personal Information Survey: After an entrant registers for the Sweepstakes, he/she will have the opportunity to follow the links and instructions and complete a personal information survey. Upon completing and submitting the personal information survey, entrant will earn (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: (1) bonus entry for completing the personal information survey during the Promotion Period.
B. Complete a Social Media Survey: After an entrant registers for the Sweepstakes, he/she will have the opportunity to follow the links and instructions and complete a social media survey. Upon completing and submitting the social media survey, entrant will earn (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. I have a working relationship with the sponsor, Prize Logic. They are a sweepstakes Administrator who you have entered in many of their sweepstakes in the past and hope you will do so in the future.
There is a bonus entry survey that is asking simple and general sweeping questions. This is to help the sponsors about prizes to offer and basic ideas about sweepstakes. I see no issues with this survey.
