Prize consists of:
-Roundtrip, economy class airfare for two persons from airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s permanent place of residence to New Orleans, LA (solely if Grand Prize Winner’s permanent place of residence is not local to Louisiana.)

-One standard hotel room in New Orleans, LA for two people for up to two nights (solely if Grand Prize Winner’s permanent place of residence is not local)

-Two Tickets for night concerts on June 30, 2017 through July 2, 2017 at the 2017 ESSENCE Festival presented by Coca Cola

TOTAL Approximate ARV of the Prize: $3,500

Must be at least eighteen years of age and a resident of one of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law) or the District of Columbia.

Limit: one entry per person/e-mail address per day per Show episode (as hereinafter defined) during each day of the Entry Period.

Sponsor may in Sponsor’s sole discretion make schedule a Phone Call with Semi Finalists to be judged by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion using the following judging criteria: (i) Entrant’s expressed need for the Prize (33 1/3%); (ii) the inspirational attitude exhibited by the entrant in the Phone Call (33 1/3%); and (iii) Entrant’s creativity in expressing himself/herself (33 1/3%).
