Weekly Period #2: A two (2) night / three (3) day trip to Miami Beach, Florida for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”), including two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Miami, Florida, details to be determined by Sponsor and/or Prize Provider (on an if used basis) (ARV $900); and (ii) roundtrip airfare for Winner and Guest on the airline of Sponsor and/or Prize Provider’s choice from a major airport near Winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport near Miami, Florida (ARV $700). All details determined by Sponsor and/or Prize Provider in its sole discretion. (Total ARV $1,600).

Weekly Period #3: Lifetime supply of swimsuits (a lifetime supply awarded as a check for $1,500, calculated as one (1) swimsuit per year for thirty (30) years) (ARV $1,500)

The total ARV for the Prizes is three thousand one hundred dollars and zero cents ($3,100.00 USD).

Open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States (the “U.S.”) and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of May 10, 2017.
